Terms of Service

Orca DFS ("Orca DFS," "we," "us") is operated by Orca DFS LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orcadfs.com and the Orca DFS application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Orca DFS is a research and lineup-optimization tool for daily fantasy sports. It generates suggested lineups from projected player performance and salary data, for you to review and, if you choose, submit yourself on a third-party DFS platform.

Orca DFS is not a fantasy-sports contest operator, is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not hold or move funds on your behalf for the purpose of entering a contest. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, DraftKings, or FanDuel; those names are used only to describe compatibility with those platforms' publicly available salary and roster formats.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Daily fantasy sports is legal in some jurisdictions and restricted or prohibited in others. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the law in your own location, including any age requirement your DFS platform of choice imposes (which may be higher than 18). Using Orca DFS does not make participating in DFS contests legal where it otherwise isn't.
• You need one account per person; don't share credentials or create accounts for others.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away (see Contact, below) if you think your account has been compromised.

By creating an account you agree that we may email you about your account, such as address verification, password resets, and billing receipts or notices. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Orca DFS offers a free tier (Starter) and a paid tier (All-Pro), sold as a monthly subscription or as a one-time 7-day pass, both paid through Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes and stores that directly.
• Prices for the monthly subscription and the 7-day pass are shown on our Pricing page and again at checkout before you pay, plus any applicable taxes. A monthly subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed (or the updated price, if we've given you notice of a change) until you cancel.
• A 7-day pass is a single payment for seven days of All-Pro access from the time you buy it. It does not renew, and your account returns to the free tier when it ends.
• You can cancel a monthly subscription any time from the billing portal ("Manage billing" on the Pricing page). Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and your paid access continues until then.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused days of a pass, except where required by law.
• We may change prices or what each tier includes; we'll email you reasonable notice before a change affects your active subscription.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract data from the Service outside of normal, individual use;
• Circumvent rate limits, subscription-tier limits, or other access controls;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to others without our written permission;
• Use the Service to violate any law, including the DFS/gambling laws of your jurisdiction; or
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service's operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Player projections, rankings, and suggested lineups are statistical estimates, not predictions of what will actually happen. Real games are unpredictable. Orca DFS makes no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any projection, salary, injury status, or other data on the Service, and isn't liable for lineup or financial outcomes based on it.

Salary, slate, odds, and injury data comes from third-party providers and manual imports. If you have questions about a specific data source, contact us.

Betting lines and odds shown on the Service are informational only and are not betting advice.

The Service's software, design, and original content belong to Orca DFS. Player projections you generate are yours to use for your own DFS entries; you may not republish or resell Orca DFS's underlying data or projections in bulk.

You can stop using the Service at any time, and you can delete your account or ask us to (see Contact, below). We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with the law.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, Orca DFS isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from DFS contest entries you make using information from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and email you about material changes. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
